Job description

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of over 150 waste, radiation protection, delivery and environmental professionals providing support to Construction projects across the UK.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings with key personnel including the client.
  • Complete hazard screening sheets from information provided by key personnel.
  • Have the ability to produce adequate Risk Assessments for construction tasks/projects.
  • Provide advice and guidance on the production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple resources.
  • Provide project updates and forecast internally/externally.
  • Act promptly on non-compliance issues/participate in investigations where required.
  • Represent project at Stakeholder meetings.
  • Coach and mentor junior members of the team, including graduates and apprentices.
  • Support other team members, sharing knowledge and experience.
  • Responsible for the safe delivery of specified site-based work packages.
  • Ability to reach SQEP status.
    Nuclear Construction Decommissioning/Waste Management Experience.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and flexible in approach, must be willing to travel to work on client sites as required.
  • IOSH Working Safely. CSCS NVQ level 3 as a minimum. NEBOSH General/Construction desirable
  • Interpersonal skills, able to build and develop relationships internally and externally.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with our customers and suppliers.
