Job summary

A leading civil engineering contractor is recruiting a Site Engineer to work on renewable energy projects in Scotland. The role involves setting out works, site supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should have experience with civil works, a valid CSCS card, and strong communication skills. A driving license is also required.

Qualifications

• Experience with setting out earthworks, duct installations, troughs, RC bases, and cable routes.
• CSCS card - White minimum.
• SSSTS/SMSTS ticket holder (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Setting out using total station and GPS.
• Working alongside the project management team.
• Site supervision.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with agreed methodology.
• Ensuring the correct documentation is held on site.
• Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification.

• Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification.

Requirements

• Experience with setting out earthworks, duct installations, troughs, RC bases and cable routes.
• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card - White minimum.
• SSSTS/SMSTS ticket holder (preferable).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication skills.
