Setting Out Engineer / Site Engineer

Project: HS2

Location: Banbury

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending on Level)

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality control checks and maintain comprehensive onsite records.
• Occasionally perform precise setting out and surveying activities.
• Assist senior engineers and project managers in ensuring all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• A valid CSCS Gold or White card.
• Proven experience working as a Setting Out Engineer or Site Engineer.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on heavy civil projects in the UK.
• Proficiency in the use of surveying instruments.
• Familiarity with method statements and risk assessments.
• Good knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) processes and ability to manage onsite paperwork.
