Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a very busy office environment with changing priorities.
  • Due to rural workplace location, it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the achievement of school improvement plans.
  • Assist other administrators with receptionist/telephonist duties.
  • Research and develop a computerized database for student information.
  • Ensure that meaningful pupil progress information is collected.
  • Maintain the admissions register.
  • Be the first point of contact for local authorities, social workers, and parents/carers.
  • Attend weekly Admissions Meetings and assist the Admissions Team.
