About the role

We’re looking for an organised, and proactive Site Agent to join our team. You’ll be involved in a variety of civil engineering projects including coastal defence and highway improvement schemes, helping us deliver safe, high quality results for the communities we serve. If you enjoy variety in your day‑to‑day work and like working with people, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the smooth running of daily site operations.
  • Working closely with our site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Helping to plan work, track progress, and keep site records up to date.
  • Making sure safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
  • Collaborating with clients, designers, and other partners to keep projects moving forward.
  • Assisting with planning, resourcing and cost management
  • Encouraging good teamwork and a positive atmosphere on site.
Who we’re looking for
  • Experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Engineer
  • A background in coastal, marine, or highway projects.
  • Good communication and leadership skills, with a practical, hands‑on approach.
  • An understanding of industry safety and construction practices.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
