An infrastructure development company is seeking a proactive Site Agent to manage civil engineering projects. This role involves daily site operations, collaboration with teams, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Candidates should possess experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Engineer, along with relevant qualifications like a degree and certifications. The company offers flexible working arrangements, generous annual leave, and family-friendly policies, making it an excellent opportunity for the right individual.
We’re looking for an organised, and proactive Site Agent to join our team. You’ll be involved in a variety of civil engineering projects including coastal defence and highway improvement schemes, helping us deliver safe, high quality results for the communities we serve. If you enjoy variety in your day‑to‑day work and like working with people, this could be a great fit.
Day in, day out, our teams deliver some of the UK’s most ambitious, exciting and meaningful projects; developing, building and maintaining the vital infrastructure that supports national economies and strengthens communities.
With a strong track record of delivery, our civils teams connect communities through infrastructure projects in the highways, public realm, rail, flood and coastal defence, and industrial sectors across England and Wales.
