We are working with a well‑established and highly regarded engineering and infrastructure contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Agent for their growing team in Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to play a key role in the delivery of technically challenging projects across civil engineering and structural works, within a business known for quality, safety, and long‑term investment in its people.

Responsibilities
  • Managing day‑to‑day site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on site
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Planning and programming works in line with project requirements
  • Liaising with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation
Qualifications
  • Proven experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar role within civil engineering or structural works
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site procedures
  • Ability to lead and motivate site teams effectively
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, problem‑solving approach to site management
