Overview

Fuel Recruitment is working with a leading wireless telecoms organisation that is seeking a Site Access Controller to join their team in the West Midlands. This role is pivotal in managing access to a large portfolio of telecoms sites across the UK, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations. You'll act as the key interface between customers, supply chain partners, and landlords, delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end site access for reactive and planned works, considering site-specific limitations and landlord requirements.


• Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for ground-level and at-height activities.


• Liaise with supply chain partners, arrange supervision where required, and issue access instructions and documentation.


• Act as the first point of contact for customers and contractors on access-related queries, resolving issues or escalating as needed.


• Produce weekly and monthly reports on access activities, costs, and operational issues.


• Maintain and update internal systems with access information, site data, and defect management records.


• Monitor supply chain performance and report KPI failures, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
