Managing and leading a busy department and team of ED staff. Motivating and role modelling high standards, implementing and driving improvements and initiatives. Continuously striving to achieve an outstanding Emergency Department.

As a busy dynamic team, we are responsible for promoting and protecting the reputation of the Trust. We do this through delivering high standards of care to all our patients and community.
