As a Simulation Technician, you will play a central role in facilitating simulation-based learning activities across healthcare settings. Through your work, you will help promote patient safety and support the development of highly skilled healthcare professionals.
Clinical simulation is a training method that uses realistic scenarios, equipment, and environments to help healthcare professionals practice and improve their skills without risking patient safety. It mimics real-life medical situations—like emergencies or routine care—so teams can learn, make decisions, and refine techniques in a safe, controlled setting.
