A leading defence organisation in Stevenage seeks a Simulation and Modelling Lead to guide a dynamic team in developing innovative simulations for defence projects. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a strong understanding of modelling techniques and stakeholder management. The Simulation and Modelling Lead position offers an exciting prospect to embark on a challenging and fulfilling leadership journey. You'll be at the helm of a dynamic and dedicated team, driving the development of innovative simulations that underpin our defence projects!
Salary: Up to £74,000 depending on experience
Dynamic working: 4-5 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Security Clearance checks (SC), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
Your key mission will be to orchestrate the dedicated skills and expertise within your team, empowering them to deliver outstanding simulations while ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

You'll be accountable for balancing the demands of customers and stakeholders, ensuring the seamless integration of simulations into our active programmes.
