Job description

Overview

Porsche Bolton has an exciting opportunity for a Showroom Host to work for one of the world's most iconic brands, based at their Centre. The state of the art Centre incorporates a 35 car Showroom, 12 bay Workshop, customer handover bay, direct dialogue bays and electric vehicle (EV) charging points.

The Role

Includes but is not limited to:

• Meet and greet customers and visitors and serve hot/cold refreshments
• Answer and manage the telephone system
• Accurately record calls and visits and relay messages in a timely manner
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom

Skills & Experience

• A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
• Self-motivated
• A mature, friendly and approachable manner
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• An effective communicator
• Well-presented and personable
• Previous experience is not essential for the role as full training will be provided
• The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• IT literacy

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a one hour unpaid lunch break.
