Job summary

A global ecommerce group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Shopper Marketing Manager in developing strategies and executing campaigns. You will work with retail partners and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and track campaign performance.   • Support the Shopper Marketing Manager in developing and executing the annual shopper marketing strategy.
  • Deliver account‑specific plans for key retail customers, supporting launches, range reviews and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate in‑store and digital activation campaigns in collaboration with sales, brand, and product teams.
  • Use shopper and market insights to optimise performance and enhance customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners to ensure flawless execution of brand campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and budgets, reporting on key learnings and ROI.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years’ experience in shopper, trade, retail or brand marketing, ideally in an FMCG or retail environment.
  • Ability to manage and execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple timelines.
  • Confident communicator with experience managing stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Comfortable working with data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial and creative teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Nielsen, IRI or Kantar is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for brand‑building and driving consumer engagement at the point of purchase.
