A prominent cat welfare charity in Bristol is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and manage a team of employees and volunteers. Responsibilities include maximizing shop performance, managing budgets, and acting as a brand ambassador for the charity. Ideal candidates will have experience in retail, team management, and a strong understanding of sales targets. This role offers health benefits and 26 days’ annual leave, among other perks. Work pattern: 37.5 hours on a rota basis (to include weekends)
Salary: Up to £25,140.96 per annum
Contract: Fixed term until end of May 2025

Our retail operation consists of over 80 charity shops. Each of our shops has its own charm and personality due to our dedicated volunteers and colleagues. From vintage jewellery and jigsaws to harps and handbags, whether our customers are looking for that 'must have' item or simply a 'missing piece'.
