Responsibilities

• Carry out and oversee PPMs and reactive maintenance.
• Maintaining mechanical and electrical plant.
• Perform plant isolation and ensure safe systems of work.
• Ensure repairs and remedial works meet compliance standards.
• Manage subcontractors and specialist service visits.
• Complete logbooks, RAMS, and site documentation.
• Liaise with client representatives and attend site meetings.
• Keep the Account Manager updated on site performance.
• Raise and close jobs using PDA / CMMS systems.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading building services provider on a high-profile commercial site in London's West End. This is a day-shift role working a 4 on / 4 off pattern, offering excellent work-life balance and long-term career progression.

You will be mechanically or electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent), with strong building services maintenance experience and previous supervisory or lead engineer experience in a commercial environment.
