Job description

Shift Supervisor

£57,000 - £60,000 per annum, 8% pension, 33 days holiday, 12‑hour rotating shifts (frequently 4‑day weeks). Business based near Burton upon Trent, fast‑growth medium‑sized business. High‑volume production in canning, bottling, packaging of food and beverage.

Shift Supervisor / Shift Leader Candidate profile: Ideally a shift leader, production supervisor or shift supervisor with strong FMCG food or beverage production management experience. MUST have experience of high‑volume food or beverage manufacturing – possibly canning, bottling or packaging. We are happy to look at wider FMCG / food / bev candidates who are strong production leaders but your experience must be FMCG / food / bev. Friendly & collaborative – the business and people are friendly and committed. You will be a shift leader who engages in a nice way to lead the team (you will likely be a really good coach and lead in a collaborative manner).

This Shift Leader / Line Leader jobs role is based near Burton upon Trent. Candidates could be located in the Burton, Uttoxeter, Ashby, Derby, Nottingham region.
