Your new role: As a Shift Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and operating equipment and systems to ensure the smooth running of site operations. Working on a 3-on-3-off rotating shift pattern, you'll be responsible for conducting routine inspections, responding to faults, and supporting planned maintenance activities.

You'll work closely with other technicians and operational teams to uphold safety standards and minimise downtime.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Recognised engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent) in an electrical, mechanical, or multi-skilled discipline.
  • Experience in a maintenance or technician role within an industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a shift-based role, including nights and weekends.
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices and compliance requirements.
  • Team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
