About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Shift Engineer (also known as Maintenance Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer ) to join our growing team.

Youll be responsible for keeping our plant and equipment running smoothly carrying out both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) / Pro‑active maintenance and responding to breakdowns quickly and safely. This is a hands‑on role that combines fault finding, repairs, and continuous improvement across a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned, preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques (5S, SMED, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Record, analyse and report on machine and process performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures.
  • Assist in developing annual maintenance and improvement plans.
