This role is responsible for the effective delivery of products against customer requirements through effective planning and management of teams whilst conforming to the Health Safety policy within the Manufacturing Environment. The role covers both production areas of Wafer Processing.
This role will typically expend 40% of the time managing the day to day activities of the line and approximately 60% of the time working on the line in an operations function.
Working with Team Lead / Manufacturing Manager manage team members with regard to timekeeping, absence, general disciplinary and capability issues up to and including informal through appropriate management chain for formal stages of the procedure if required.
Attend meetings as and when required.
Act as designated deputy for the Team Lead.
