An exciting opportunity has opened for a skilled and motivated Shift Engineer. This is a hands‑on technical role at the heart of hotel operations, responsible for keeping a world‑class luxury environment running safely, efficiently, and reliably around the clock.
The position follows a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern across days and nights, offering a dynamic and varied workload in one of the most sophisticated building services environments in the sector.
As a Shift Engineer, you will ensure the seamless operation of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life‑safety systems throughout the hotel. You will apply strong engineering discipline, proactive fault‑finding, and an unwavering commitment to guest comfort and statutory compliance.
You will work with a wide range of plant and building systems, respond to operational issues in real time, and support the delivery of a consistently exceptional guest experience.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days.
