Job summary

A leading facilities management firm is looking for an electrical maintenance engineer for a static and permanent role in Central London. This position offers a salary of £55,000 per annum and involves working 4 days on, 4 days off. Candidates must hold relevant electrical qualifications and experience in building services maintenance, particularly within a commercial environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building services maintenance, ideally in a commercial office environment.
  • Ability to handle emergency and routine checks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular emergency light and fire alarm tests.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including chillers and boilers.

We are looking to speak with you! I am working with an industry leading FM service provider who are actively hiring for an electrical maintenance engineer for one of their flagship commercial buildings in London.

Salary: £55,000 Per Annum

Static and Permanent Role in Central London.

4 days on and 4 days off, (Days and Nights)

Requirements
  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent) 18th Edition.
  • Experience in building services maintenance - Ideally within a commercial office environment.
  • HV/LV Certification (Preferred)
