Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and ISO 14001 environmental management.
  • In-depth knowledge of high-rise residential safety management.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise on Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
  • Manage systems for safe management of buildings.
  • Provide expert advice on various safety regulations.
  • Promote a positive culture of health and safety.
  • Report to senior management on progress.

Skills

NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification
Relevant Fire Safety qualification
Understanding of CDM Regulations
Proven experience in H&S within construction
Knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022
Confident communicator
Experience in compliance audits
Strong IT skills
Membership of IOSH or IIRSM

Education

NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification (or equivalent)
Relevant Fire Safety qualification (IFE/IFSM)
