What You’ll Do

As SHEQ Advisor, you’ll support the SHEQ Manager and wider team to drive compliance and embed best practice across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carry out routine site audits on active projects to ensure legal and internal compliance
  • Prepare clear, actionable audit reports and follow up with stakeholders
  • Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the business
  • Assist site teams with inductions, risk assessments, and compliance procedures
  • Complete and submit RAMS efficiently and accurately
  • Work closely with the compliance team to maintain asset records and procedures
  • Liaise with external agencies, clients, and regulatory bodies as required
  • Continue learning and developing under the guidance of an experienced SHEQ Manager
What We’re Looking For

  • Recognised H&S qualifications (e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH)
