Sheltered Scheme Manager, Neighbourhood and Growth Team
Pay rate to £211.61 per day
Contract role

Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Sheltered Scheme Manager to work in a Neighbourhood and Growth team in Lambeth. Work within a team to provide a high standard of housing related support to promote the health, safety, wellbeing and independence of service users, to enable them to maintain their tenancy and encourage their involvement in services which affect them. Interact with service users and scheme visitors in a professional, courteous, confidential, sensitive and caring manner to foster dignity, trust and confidence in the service. Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that a quality service is provided to service users. Although working within a team the post involves a high degree of lone working on sheltered housing schemes. Work will involve, on a daily and weekly basis, frequently changing circumstances and conflicting priorities.
