A leading housing association is seeking a Sheltered Housing Assistant to support residents aged 55 and over at Cornell Court in Saffron Walden. You will ensure residents feel safe and empowered while delivering high-quality management services. Your role includes resident support, health and safety oversight, and administrative efficiency. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and an understanding of health and safety procedures. This position offers a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Sheltered Housing Assistant. Contract Type: 12 months Fixed Term 14 hours. Salary: 22994 per annum pro rata to 25178 per annum pro rata dependant on experience. Working Location: Saffron Walden, Essex. Persona: Site Based Worker - Contractual hours to be worked from allocated site with ad hoc office attendance as required. Closing Date: 23 October 2025. Interview Date: 7 November 2025.
