Sheet Metal Worker (Sheet Metal / Fabrication)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (OTE £40K - £43K) + Company Bonus + Flexible Hours + Premium Overtime + 33 Days Holiday + Company Benefits + Early Finish Friday

Location: Hatfield.

In this role you will work with our sheet metal machinery to cut, form, and assemble components to exact specifications, helping deliver bespoke projects for a wide range of industries. You will be working 35 hours per week with flexible hours to suit your schedule, with premium overtime opportunities readily available and paid at 1.33x.

The Role:

• Operate sheet metal machinery including laser cutters, press brakes, and related production equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate components.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Flexitime, 35 hours a week, unlimited overtime paid at 1.33x.

The Person:

• Sheet metal work background.
• Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Commutable to Hatfield.
