A leading infrastructure company in the UK is seeking a Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Advisor to oversee health and safety standards across Shropshire. This full-time position involves leadership in safety compliance, management of ISO certifications, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance road safety standards. The role offers a competitive salary of £37,000 - £47,000 per year with additional benefits including a car allowance and private healthcare.
We're looking for an experienced Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Advisor to join our Shropshire contract, based in Longden Road, Shrewsbury. This role spans the entire county, with time spent across three depots; your primary base will be Longdon Road in Shrewsbury. You will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and extensive operational experience within highways, utilities, or construction.
As part of our team, you'll support the delivery of comprehensive highway infrastructure maintenance for Local Authority and National Highways clients.

As a SHE Advisor, you'll ensure a consistent approach to safety, health, and environmental standards across Shropshire. Working closely with local teams and supply chain partners, you'll drive the implementation of the SHE strategy and guarantee full compliance with legal requirements, client expectations, and Kier Group's Safety, Health & Environmental Management System (SHEMS).
