Qualifications

• Healthcare qualification Level 2, 3 or working towards gaining equivalent level.

Responsibilities

• Support patients attending the clinic, ensuring they are guided smoothly through the care pathway.
• Chaperone doctors and nurses during clinical procedures.
• Process clinical specimens accurately and in line with service protocols.
• Manage asymptomatic patients for sexually transmitted infections.
• Maintain clinical rooms ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards.
• Support the day-to-day running of the service.
