We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you will deliver our T Level Health course, alongside Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care programmes.

You’ll be supported by your Programme Manager, Coordinator, and Director of Learning, ensuring you have the guidance and resources to excel. Together, you’ll shape the student experience by teaching, leading, tracking, and monitoring learners, while also building strong employer links and contributing to the growth of our health provision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop learning programs for student groups
• Serve as a course or subject leader
• Maintain accurate records of student achievements, retention, and attendance
• Support positive career pathways for all learners

Qualifications

• A Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care, Science, or a related field
• Experience with the relevant subject curriculum in further education
• Background in working within the relevant subject area (Nursing would be desirable)
• Background in teaching the Health and Social Care T Level
• We may also consider candidates with relevant training experience to train up internally and support with a teaching qualification
