Job description

Job Purpose:

The Services Sales Lead is responsible for the planning and execution of the sales strategy of the Services portfolio with an emphasis on Collaborative Support Services as well as Professional Services, and Integration and \Configuration services. Additionally, on-boarding new vendor collaborative services, as well as other business development initiatives, in order to optimize results against the European Services strategy. They work in close collaboration with the local Services teams, influencing and driving revenue and market share growth through senior engagement and strategic planning.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, own and execute the Services strategy in full alignment with the agreed Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share.

  • Build and scale solution and service offerings for re-sellers and vendors including collaborative support.

  • Manage the portfolio of the Services Business Unit including new vendor identification and on-boarding and other business development initiatives in order to optimise results. P&L accountability for the European Services.

  • Build, develop, retain and engage direct report team, with a particular focus on leadership succession planning and talent development.

  • Align procurement and vendor strategies to ensure optimised availability, working capital and best trading terms and conditions.

  • Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.

  • Review, address and own profitability issues in relation to the P&L target.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experienceis required.

  • >1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employeesis required.

  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.

  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.


Working Conditions:

  • Frequent Travel Required (25%).

  • Remote / Work-from-home.
