Responsibilities
  • Supporting the CEO and managers to ensure projects meet strategic goals and funding
  • Managing and growing a team and work closely with external partners
  • Producing monitoring and performance information
  • Acting as designated lead for safeguarding children and adults at risk
  • Supporting with budget planning, monitoring expenditure and resource allocation
  • Working as a member of the team to ensure effective delivery of service
Qualifications
  • Experience in managing support services, ideally within the domestic abuse or charity sector
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
