ServiceNow Business Analyst – Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

I’m currently supporting one of my key clients — a ServiceNow Premier Partner — who are building a dedicated team to deliver a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) project.

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. You’ll work closely with the Architect and Developer to gather requirements, document workflows, and ensure the solution meets both business and compliance needs.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow TPRM (or VRM) projects
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and user stories
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Contract Details

• Outside IR35
• Mainly remote, with occasional visits to London
• Initial 6-month contract
• Start date: By the end of the month
• Competitive day rate, depending on experience
