Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, customization, and maintenance of our ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development, with expertise in JavaScript, Apex, and UI development.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customise ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, or other integration methods.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Commerical experience in ServiceNow development or similar roles.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript, Apex, and UI development.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric approach.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or equivalent certification.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, MID Server, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Contribution to open‑source projects or community involvement.
