ServiceNow Architect – Abu Dhabi

This is a permanent full‑time ServiceNow Architect role for a leading technology company based in Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

As the ServiceNow Architect you will act as the Design Authority for all ServiceNow strategy, architecture and roadmaps. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of ITAM, ITOM, HAM, SAM and related modules, ensuring alignment with ITIL, Agile and the broader IT service management framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow platforms (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM).
• Act as the design authority, producing architecture documents, roadmaps and governance models.
• Work with CMDB, ITIL, Agile processes, and manage configuration, license and asset lifecycle.
• Provide stakeholder management and excellent communication across functional and technical teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive senior ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Strong commercial lifecycle experience with both software (SAM) and hardware (HAM) modules.
• Certified in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Application Developer, or other relevant implementation certifications.
• Hands‑on scripting skills and in‑depth CMDB knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, license management and SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
