Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceMax Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of ServiceMax solutions, a leading field service management platform. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with global teams and third‑party vendors for alignment and clear communication.
  • Team Leadership : Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to achieve objectives.
  • Risk Management : Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure ServiceMax implementations meet Rapiscan’s standards.
  • Reporting : Track performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resource Allocation : Optimize staffing and resources for efficiency.
  • Change Management : Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively.

Qualifications
