Overview

The Service Transformation Manager will work within the PMO & Service Transformation Team to drive change and transformation within our Managed Payroll Services (MPS) organization. This role partners with the Director of MPS to lead teams through fundamental changes in ways of working as part of a simplification programme, including moving customers onto one unified platform, aligning processes across multiple teams, consolidating multiple brands and standardising services & SLAs. The role oversees change management efforts, process redesign, stakeholder management, and data insights to inform decision making, with the aim of shaping the future of MPS and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan that communicates the transformation vision and secures buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new ways of working that drive increased efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and redesign business processes to deliver improved operational and financial outcomes.
  • Utilise data insights to identify improvement opportunities and make informed business decisions.
  • Lead a high-performing transformation team capable of delivering on agreed objectives.
Required and desirable qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a transformation management role with a proven track record of delivering successful transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Technically competent with software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology desirable.
