A leading supplier of UPS and Generator systems in the UK is looking for a Service Co-ordinator to strengthen their team in Gosport. The successful candidate will support the General Manager by managing critical customer relationships and organizing service visits for Engineers. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a service co-ordination role. Competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 DOE is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service co-ordination background.
• Ability to manage customer relations effectively.
• Proven ability to organize service visits for Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the General Manager in managing critical customers.
• Organizing service visits for Engineers.
• Providing quotations for remedial works and replacement equipment.
• Invoicing and placing purchase orders as required.
• Ensuring reports are completed by Engineers and correctly filed.

Skills

Excellent customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft suite

Previous experience in an office/customer facing environment
