Responsibilities
  • Lead a team on the development and delivery of the Housing Asset Management Plan.
  • Drive innovative housing delivery strategies through direct delivery and by working with partners.
  • Represent the Council professionally and align with strategic goals.
  • Contribute to improving tenant satisfaction by supporting delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services within Housing Services.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in asset management of a large housing stock (Housing Revenue Account).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across housing sector organisations.
  • Strategic planning, budget management, effective communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for income generation and cost savings; solid understanding of property markets and data systems.

Salary: Grade 14, £61,706 - £66,043 per annum.
