A local government organization in Wigan is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the REACH Safeguarding Adolescent Service. The successful candidate will manage operational delivery and collaborate with partners to provide support for vulnerable adolescents and families. The role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people. This position offers a salary between £61,706 and £66,043 annually and supports flexible working arrangements.

Salary: Grade 14, £61,706 - £66,043 per annum.
Hours: 37 hours per week

The service is just over two years old and offers the opportunity to shape and develop best possible practice within Wigan’s vulnerable adolescent population.
We support flexible working where the service can accommodate it and take a blended approach to where we work (home, office, or community).
