• Managing a team of technicians, service receptionists and service advisors.
• Ensuring the relationship between service reception and workshop control is developed and maintained.
• Strengthening and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Develop opportunities to grow the service business.
• Coach and develop the service team.
• Ensuring MOT pass rates are in line or exceed benchmarks.
