A multi-franchised Dealer Group in West Midlands is seeking a motivated Service Manager. The role involves managing a team while ensuring high customer service levels and achieving financial targets. Ideal candidates should have current Aftersales experience and a proven record of improving customer satisfaction and profitability. This position offers a competitive OTE up to £45K depending on experience.

We have received an instruction from our Client a multi-franchised Dealer Group who are looking to recruit a successful and motivated Service Manager to work in one of their Dealership in the Dudley area. This is an important role and requires candidates who can manage both volume and the added demands of manufacture Standards.
Managing a team of technicians, a Workshop Controller and front of House staff.
This is an ideal role for an operationally successful and customer centric Service Manager who wants to further their career and a market leading brand. Relevant Experience & Qualifications Required The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the following:
Relevant Experience & Qualifications Required Current Aftersales experience is essential; Experience of working within the brand would be advantageous. PLC experience is desirable but not essential, as is brand experience working with volume brands The successful candidate will be able to clearly and easily demonstrate how they have helped improve and maintain upper quartile CSI performance as well as consistently delivering an above budget financial performance
