A community service organization in the UK seeks a Service Manager for East Anglia Community Services. East Anglia community services supports 10 adults (male and female) in 4 separate supported living homes that range from 3 adults living together to a single person service. These services are located in Mildenhall, Kenny Hill and Beck Row in Suffolk. The services promote independence and are person centred services.
A fantastic role that is responsible for driving operational excellence in the delivery of services, and employee performance. The Service Manager will support continuous improvement and contributes to service development through reflective practice and innovation, in alignment with organisational priorities.

To protect our autistic adults at the National Autistic Society, all staff are required to have a criminal background check. Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.
