Community Integrated Care is seeking a Service Leader in Warrington to oversee four supported living services, with a mix of learning disabilities and mental health support. You will lead a team of support workers and ensure the safety and quality of life for the people supported.
You will oversee four supported living services in Warrington, with a mixture of learning disabilities and mental health. You will be an inspiring leader with experience leading support workers within supported living, and you will support people who may require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times. You will be comfortable using basic IT systems (training is available).
With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat, positive manner, and a genuine passion for supporting people to become part of their local and wider community. You will hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker) and supervisory units (Scotland) or Care Management Level 3 (England). You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management.
