A leading waste management provider is seeking a Driver to contribute to the transportation of clinical and industrial waste. You will ensure adherence to legal compliance while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a clean driving license (Category C1) and previous driving experience. This role requires flexibility with shifts and a commitment to safety and customer care. Benefits include a contributory pension scheme, life insurance, and access to employee support programs.
Contribute to the safe and timely movement and transportation of clinical and industrial waste. Working as part of the transportation team to provide excellent customer service to the customers while ensuring all legal compliance issues regarding EU Working Time Directive (EU hours) in conjunction with the ADR Transportation Regulations are fully adhered to. Providing support for the Service Managers and Service Coordinators on a day to day basis; shift patterns any 5 from 7 including legal holidays when required.
Required Education: GCSE / High School or equivalent.
Experience (EMEAA): Preferred experience: Previous driving positions held. Required: Category C1 Licence - allows drivers to drive vehicles between 3.5 and 7.5 tonnes. Preferred: ADR Licence.
Full Clean Driving Licence - 7.5T/C1 or Higher
