A leading construction engineering business in Crewe is seeking a proactive Service Desk Engineer for an initial 3-month contract expected to extend. The role includes logging tickets, managing resolutions, and supporting hardware/software installations. IT department within a leading construction engineering business a highly proactive and analytical service desk engineer for initial 3 month contracts. You'll be based from their Crewe location.
Logging of tickets and managing through to resolution (both hardware and software), and installation and configuration of new hardware, software, and services.
