37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday, working 7.5 hour shifts between 7am - 7pm

As this is an apprenticeship no experience is required as we will give you full training! To be eligible for the apprenticeship you will need the following:
You will be a person that enjoys a busy office environment, we have a great, positive and supportive team. You will have an excellent standard of IT skills working on Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Planner. You will be great at problem solving with a keen eye for detail.
You are a great communicator and are able to support non-technical users to troubleshoot with patience and empathy.
You will be part of the Digital Support team which is constantly evolving. As the first point of contact for Digital Support queries arriving via phone/email/form. Logging and assigning cases via our case management system, quickly and accurately. Providing an initial triage to support cases and ensuring that first response SLA's are adhered to, coordinating rapid and appropriate responses keeping the customer apprised of progress made. Building rapport with customers, providing excellent customer service.
The post would be suitable for a candidate entering the Digital Support sector, looking to achieve a Level 3 apprenticeship.
The Digital Support Apprenticeship L3, 17 months duration dependent on individual learner progression (with the possibility of the position being made permanent on successful completion of the programme). Your apprenticeship studies through the apprenticeship provider Gingernut, will take place remotely however you will be based within our New Milton offices. You will have an opportunity to achieve Cisco Cyber Security Essentials, IT Essentials and Networking Essentials qualification as part of your learning programme.
