What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for IT support across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering 1st line technical support for all Group IT systems and services within agreed SLAs.
  • Handling user issues and change requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Logging incidents, problems, and requests accurately using our service management tool.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues or escalating them appropriately.
  • Managing user accounts, hardware setups, and equipment delivery across locations.
  • Providing user training and creating documentation when needed.
  • Assisting with inventory management of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Supporting the IT management team with ad hoc requests and tasks.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced in customer service, ideally within an IT support environment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, Office applications, and hardware/peripherals.
  • Knowledgeable in basic networking and phone systems (user/admin level).
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Able to prioritise tasks, empathise with users, and maintain a professional telephone manner.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Service Desk Analyst Qualification or Microsoft Certification.
