About the Role

We're looking for an organised, people-focused professional to join our team as an Apprentice Delivery Advisor. In this pivotal role, you'll act as the key contact for employers, apprentices, and internal colleagues - ensuring every apprentice employment journey runs smoothly from onboarding through to completion. You'll oversee progress reviews, probation and welfare monitoring, absence and payroll documentation, and support timely interventions that keep apprentices on track.
