AEP Ltd is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support our busy Service Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating people and processes to deliver excellent service, we would love to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Scheduling and planning engineers work in line with service schedules and ongoing projects.
  • Handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and preparing quotes and pro-forma invoices.
  • Coordinating service visits, breakdown responses, and remedial works.
  • Managing job documentation, including job sheets, waste transfer notes, and service reports.
  • Liaising with customers to book appointments, handle objections, and sell services where appropriate.
  • Using SAP to maintain service schedules, update equipment records, and process job completions.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Confident working with schedules, diaries, and administrative systems.
  • Comfortable using business software (experience with SAP is a plus).
