Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review service charge accounts in accordance with industry standards.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of all financial data.
• Liaise with property managers, auditors, and leaseholders to resolve queries.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and year-end statements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
