Job summary

A family-run dealer group in Coventry is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. This role involves greeting customers, scheduling services, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service, with or without prior experience as a Service Advisor. The position offers training and career progression within the automotive sector, along with a competitive salary of up to £32,000 plus OTE of £4,000.

Automotive Service Advisor required in Coventry

Up to £32,000 basic salary plus £4,000 OTE

Monday to Friday with Saturday AM (1 in 3)

Are you looking for your first step into the automotive sector or perhaps looking to move into a main dealer? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

This family‑run dealer group is seeking a customer‑centric personality that will further boost the Service department in providing the best customer service locally. You will become part of the family and be involved with supporting the service workshop as well as management.

The department and dealership is spear‑headed by a management structure who understand the business and the manufacturer inside out. You will receive excellent training and be provided opportunities to progress your career within the sector as well as within the dealer group.

Key Responsibilities / Skills:
  • Greeting customers and scheduling services
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
  • Providing additional services including service plans
  • Handling customer‑relevant complaints
For your hard work you will be rewarded with:

You do not need previous Service Advisor experience, although it would of course be an advantage. You will need to provide a proven background in customer service and/or the automotive sector.
